Our Physicians
Larry R. Thomas - Dr. Thomas
completed his undergraduate and
medical education as a proud Buckeye at
the Ohio State University. From there, he
moved to Oregon to train as an
Otolaryngologist at Oregon Health &
Science University. He has been a
dedicated Oregonian since then.
Duane A. Lundeberg - Dr. Lundeberg is
a native Oregonian and received his
undergraduate degree from Oregon State
University. He then joined the Oregon
Health & Science University where he
completed his medical school training
and residency in Otolaryngology.
Samuel G. Shiley - Dr. Shiley is also
native to Oregon. He received his
undergraduate degree from the
University of California at Berkeley and
then moved south to the University of
California at Irvine for medical school.
He returned to Oregon for his training in
Otolaryngology at Oregon Health &
Science University.
Christopher A. Hargunani - Dr. Hargunani
received his undergraduate education as
a proud Wolverine at the University of
Michigan. He completed his medical
training at Georgetown University and
then joined the Oregon Health & Science
University for training in Otolaryngology.
Larry R. Thomas - Dr. Thomas
completed his undergraduate and
medical education as a proud Buckeye at

Beverly S. Schnabel - Dr. Schnabel
completed her undergraduate and
master's education at Portland State
University. She began her career in
Audiology in 1980 by receiving a
certificate of clinical competence in
Audiology. More recently, she advanced
her capabilities and received a Doctorate
in Audiology from the Arizona School of
Health Sciences.
